This is an excellent article on workings of Indian Parliament. I believe this where reforms should start from. If the parliament does not debate/amend existing regulations and create new regulations to meet the existing demands of the society how can the bureaucracy work?

Jobless growth: The jobless growth during UPA 1 & 2 could actually be wrong. I always had my doubts about the quality of data captured by government survey agencies. First, their reliability is some what questionable and second they mostly only capture formal sector. Now according to this article, even some of the formal sector data may be unreliable.
